Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Hygiene Policy
Because our products are personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
