Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping unless otherwise stated during promotional events.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Bloom Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating your package.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your purchase price.
